What is the monthly rent?

We typically offer an initial 6-month lease, to be extended thereafter. Month-to-month and short-term arrangements are not currently available.

What's included in the rent?

The rent covers the room rental. There is an additional charge for utilities, which covers electric, gas, water, and high-speed internet.

Are pets allowed?

No pets, as noted in the listing.

Is smoking allowed?

The home is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and on the deck.

What's the application process?

After an in-person or video tour, qualified applicants complete a standard rental application, which includes credit and background checks, employment and income verification, and prior landlord references.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes. In addition to the attached garage and one assigned space, there's plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets.

The home is 1.2 miles from East Falls Church Metro (Orange and Silver lines), making downtown D.C. about 25 minutes by rail. Driving to downtown Arlington takes roughly 10 minutes; the Pentagon is about 15.

Are there schools nearby?

The home is in the Fairfax County Public Schools district. We recommend confirming current school assignments and ratings directly with FCPS, as boundaries occasionally change.
